Your College ID card
Your ID card is your personal RWCMD card, and you will need it to access campus facilities and services, like using the photocopiers and printers or booking practice rooms.
Upload your photo
To get your ID card ready, complete your registration and upload a photo as soon as you're asked to in the email. Your ID card can’t be made until we’ve received a suitable photo from you.
ID card collection
If you’ve submitted your photo on time as part of your online registration and have a valid photo ID with you, you can collect your College ID card on the first day of term. Don’t forget to bring your photo ID to pick it up!
If you can’t make it, don’t worry – you’ll need to contact admissions@rwcmd.ac.uk to arrange an appointment to collect it later from the Academic Services offices on the first floor of the main RWCMD campus building.
Foundation degree students
If you submitted your photo for your ID card on time as part of your online registration, your card will be ready for collection from Llanishen Studios campus on the first day of term.
You should collect the card when you come in to attend induction activities on the first day of term. You’ll need to contact admissions@rwcmd.ac.uk to arrange an appointment to collect it later.
