The Student Hardship Fund supports students who are experiencing financial difficulties. They may have exhausted all other avenues of funding, have specific high additional costs or have suffered an unexpected crisis.

Xiaobo and Xia faced years of separation during Xiaobo’s political imprisonment. ‘Transfiguring distance’ and ‘entrusting life to love beyond the limits of distance’, Xia and Xiaobo fought for love, dignity, and freedom in the face of oppression and enforced separation.
