Your online registration
There are two online tasks you'll need to complete before you can begin your studies at RWCMD.
Registration and enrolment task
The first task is online registration, which officially makes you a student of RWCMD.
The second task is online enrolment, an annual process where you confirm your place for the upcoming academic year.
Task 1: Your online registration
For this task, we will email your personal email address with the list of the documentation we require.
You will need to upload these via the platform Acceptd.
Documentation we need from you usually includes:
Task 2: Your online enrolment
Online enrolment opens one week before the start of the academic year, and details will be sent to your College email address. Please ensure you complete the process by the deadline. Links to key documents, including regulations and financial policies, will be provided within the task for your reference.
What happens if I don’t complete registration and enrolment?
You are not officially registered as a student at RWCMD until you complete both the registration and enrolment processes.
Without completing enrolment, you won’t be eligible to attend classes or access services like council tax certificates or confirmation of study letters.
Failing to complete registration or subsequent enrolment tasks by the first day of term will delay your student loan payments.
Please note, RWCMD cannot confirm your registration with the Student Loans Company (SLC) before the first day of term. Once your registration is confirmed, SLC typically processes payments to students within three to five working days.
