Richard Newton

Richard leads the fundraising module on the general pathway of the course. He established Richard Newton Consulting in 2011 after a 20-year career as a fundraiser and manager in the charity sector. Previous roles include leadership positions at Rathbone as Director Wales and Head of Commercial at The Prince’s Trust, as well as senior fundraising roles at Barnardo’s and Marie Curie.

In fundraising roles, Richard has raised over £120 million across his career, for small, medium and large-scale organisations.
