When you accept a place at the College, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This is arranged with the Admissions Department. At least 50% of the tuition fee must be paid before or during enrolment, then 25% by the first day of Spring term and 25% by the first day of Summer term. 
You’ll receive an invoice detailing your annual fee liability and payment instructions. More information can be found on the page below.

If you have a conditional offer, we’ll need to see evidence that you have met the conditions.
This will usually include proof of your English language ability and/or qualifications.
If the document(s) you are submitting are not in English or Welsh, you must also provide an original translation of each document. 
The translation must include:
<ul><li>Confirmation from the translator or translation company that it is an accurate translation of the original document</li><li>The date of the translation</li><li>The full name and original signature of the translator or an authorised official of the translation company</li><li>The contact details of the translator or translation company</li></ul>

A CAS letter is the confirmation of acceptance for studies, which is an essential document when applying for a UK student visa.
To complete the CAS application form, log back into your Acceptd account and <a href="https://app.getacceptd.com/rwcmd" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">go to our landing page</a>. Select the following options to start the CAS application:


<ul><li>Application Type – Other </li><li>Department – Post-Offer </li><li>Course – International Students </li><li>Select a Program – Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS)</li></ul>

To apply for a UK student visa, there are some medical requirements you’ll need to meet.

We will need to see a visa share code before you enrol to confirm your right to study in the UK. 
You can find out how to generate a share code on the UK Government website.

We've put together some information to help you find the perfect place to live for you to enjoy life in Cardiff. 
Please note if you would like to live in halls of residence, the application form will be sent to you from April onwards. You are guaranteed a room if your application is received by the end of July. Don't miss the deadline.

If you take prescription medicines, carry them in your hand luggage along with a letter from your doctor explaining what they are. Bring enough medication for a few weeks to avoid running out before you can register with a doctor in Cardiff.

Avoid bringing valuable items unless it is absolutely necessary. Insure valuable items before you travel and keep them in your hand luggage.
If you are here on a visa for less than six months, you’re exempt from the Immigration Health Surcharge. However, this means you’ll only receive emergency NHS treatment and must arrange private health insurance to cover any medical costs during your stay. Travel insurance, which often includes health coverage, is usually purchased in your home country before departure.

Find everything you need for your journey to Cardiff, including transport options from major airports and train stations, plus accommodation suggestions if you’re arriving without a place to stay.

To ensure your registration progresses quickly and smoothly, please make sure you have the required information with you on the day. 
As part of registration, you will need to see us for a right to study check. This is something we have to perform as part of our visa sponsor licence duties and must be completed before you can begin your studies. 
Please make sure you bring: 
<ul><li>Your passport</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proof of entry into the UK (this could be a passport stamp or boarding card if your passport hasn’t been stamped)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proof of visa documentation – for example, your visa share code</li></ul>

If you are on a visa for longer than six months, you can register with the National Health Service (NHS).
