Conor Cooper

Irish Bass-baritone Conor is currently studying in the David Seligman Opera School having recently achieved his MMus in Vocal Performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama under the tutelage of Geoff Moses.

Recent roles: Snug the Joiner in Britten’s 'A Midsummer Night’s Dream', Maestro Spinelloccio in Puccini’s ‘Gianni Schicchi’ and Monsieur Javelinot in Poulenc’s 'Dialogues of the Carmélites'.

Recent engagements: singing as the bass soloist for Swansea Bach Choir in their performance of Rossini’s 'Petite Messe Solennelle'.

Conor’s studied are generously support by the Leverhulme Trust.
